As Predicted... Our 1st Member To Earn Over $1000 in FIVE days!
As everyone knows, or at least those people actually paying attention, we just shifted from the 3rd pulse (which is what I call the loyalty pulse) to the 1st pulse (traditional leadership style build). I've now had a chance to go back over the data to see the impact of our first 3rd pulse with a full matrix..... and as expected and predicted we now have the very first person who earned over $1000 during those 5 days. Congrats to Harold S. Those invoices were closed overnight in the wee hours of the 26th and will be paid on January 5th (see the schedule below).
Why do I call it the loyalty pulse? Think about it for a minute. We sort in descending order by the net value of an account. Just to be clear, what we do is this. Each payment a person makes reduces an account value by $15. So in 3 months a person's account will be negative $45. Then we add any earnings that account has had. If the person has had zero earnings, then they remain with a net value of negative $45. If they had $6 in earnings then their net value would be negative $39. A person with negative $45 will be placed higher in the company wide matrix than a person with a negative $39 value. Clear? Right now it looks as it takes 3 months to make it to the top portion of a 3rd pulse.
I'm not sure why, exactly, but it seems I need to remind people of a couple things. First, this is NOT a one month type of business where you sit with tape across your mouth, you don't tell a single person about what we've put together, and while sitting there doing nothing you'll some how get rich in less than one month and if you don't get the top position in a company wide matrix within 3 or 4 weeks then you quit. If you are one of those "I'll give you 30 days to do it all for me or I'm out of here" kind of people please don't bother... don't upgrade. Just do everyone a favor and leave. I don't know who told you what but it is people with that attitude that is causing a huge volume in support issues and you've got the wrong notion of what's going on here. Please review the company endorsed video at http://www.MeetPlanB.com to see the reality of what we've got. If you understand it and it sits well with you and your patience level then great, welcome aboard, but if you don't get it then please keep your search for the type of business you want to be involved with.
And here's the thing... we have people making money for the very first time in their entire online lives. Think about that. It is not a trivial statement, and it is completely and 100% true. But there is a catch. You've got to give the system time to work.
The ONLY people who will not make money with our design are the people who quit before it is their turn.

First and most importantly I want to personally say Thank You to the men and women who have really embraced my vision and are out there sharing this exciting, balanced and fair opportunity with those who want and need it. If I could wrap my arms around you to give you a big hug, I'd certainly do that, as would my family.
To provide a more complete audit trail, we are tightening a number of areas, most importantly related to money moving in and out of the company. You can now see information related to this on your profile. If your particular details related to how you paid haven't shown up yet, don't worry, it's an ongoing process and we are going through it right now. We should be completely up to date within a few days. Part of what we're waiting for is for the download of AlertPay transaction history to include all the information we need... right now that history doesn't include who the person is that paid us, which of course is an essential piece of data.
Please be sure to go on your profile and update how you want to be paid. The current options are AlertPay, SolidTrustPay and PayItGlobal, and more options will show up in the not-too-distant future. The default way to be paid will be through the same company and account you paid us. If you paid by credit card and don't tell us how to pay you then we will pay you to via AlertPay to the email address stamped on your MM account.
Within the next couple days we should have a much tighter integration with AlertPay and SolidTrustPay so we should see a lot less of those duplicate payment issues come up. The way it is now is time consuming for both you and me. Bear with me while we get what we need in place.
Also be aware that AlertPay does not provide a way for me to refund subscription payments so if you make a 2nd or 3rd payment in error it is NOT simply a matter of me refunding the transaction... that option simply does not exist. Furthermore, the reason people seem to be making multiple payments is because they click on a payment related button more than once or they refresh their screen. Don't do that. Sometimes the AlertPay servers are simply busy. Rest assured your data is captured and they HAVE made a payment on your behalf. Do NOT refresh. Be patient. If anything, simply close your browser and log back in to see if the payment was taken from you. If you are absolutely certain it wasn't then you can initiate it again but please exercise some patience here, we are not in some sort of race, and the admin overhead is taking my time away from issues related to growing the business or making it better.
MessageMagic Update - 25 November
First of all, congratulations to all the people who have caught the vision of our Product and Pulsating Matrix, and who are out there sharing it with others. I salute you and appreciate you very much. This success, however, has created a serious cash flow issue for the company which needs an immediate adjustment to handle payouts properly.
First of all, here is the issue. About half the people coming in and upgrading their account are doing so with a credit card. This is perfectly fine and ok, but it takes up to 10 days for the settlement and money to flow in to our bank account. This delay in receiving the funds means there must be a delay in making payouts.
Therefore, effective immediately, when we make payouts it will be to pay the invoices that were closed 10 days ago. Please review the Pulsating Matrix Schedule for precise payout dates and what will be included in those payouts.

This version adds skins so you can change the look of the software, an Advanced Search section so you can refine your searches by country, state or province, city, words within a person's profile, gender and age, and also the ability to personalize your messages.

A Change To The Pulsating Matrix Viewers
People have been getting confused when seeing the possible earnings listed on the matrix viewers and so I have removed all references to possible earnings. I also needed to do that to be compliant with the mlm section of the Canadian Competion Act (see http://www.competitionbureau.gc.ca/epic/site/cb-bc.nsf/en/01278e.html).
The ONLY place earnings shows in an account is by logging in and clicking on the Commission button at the top center of the member area.

Introducing The Pulsating Matrix
Warning & Disclaimer! This may not be suitable reading for all people, especially heavy hitters who enjoy permanent seats on the top of deep and fat forced matrixes... Our philosophy here at Message Magic Software is to monetarily REWARD ALL OF OUR SUBSCRIBERS, especially our members that have had little or no luck making a income in other companies. We believe there needed to be a change that would be REVOLUTIONARY. What we unveil here is a system designed for the success of all its subscribers week after week, month after month, year after year (not just the few that happen to be fortunate to enter early on).
We are very proud to announce the worlds first Pulsating Matrix, a matrix configuration that will absolutely astound industry observers, members and business owners. It is a system designed to help the average person make money for the very first time ever, and is all but guaranteed to take ALL negative aspects of building a forced matrix type compensation plan and throw them away forever!
The Pulsating Matrix Structure
The 1st PULSE - This represents the 507 men and women who joined the Message Magic 3x7 Forced Matrix during the first month it was available and essentially gave birth to the possibility we have now implemented. From the bottom of my heart I give you my deepest thanks for what you have allowed to be created. You are the pioneers and partners in this rollout (or should I call you parents).
The best way to think of the Message Magic Pulsating Matrix is to first consider it to be a 3x7 Forced Matrix (which started at the end of September, 2008) ... It builds in the traditional way everyone is familiar with, meaning 3 people on level 1, 9 people on level 2, 27 people on level 3 and so on...
But here is where it gets interesting. So interesting, in fact, you are going to shake your head in amazement in it's power, it's simplicity, it's fairness to ALL members, and how ALL PARTICIPANTS can earn money. There is no smoke and mirrors with this and you will understand it perfectly.
The 2nd PULSE - This is to give the newest person the excitement that comes with being at the top of a forced matrix.
Starting sometime before midnight on Friday October 31st, the entire matrix is going to be turned upside down. In other words, the last person in becomes the top of the matrix and we will rebuild the matrix in perfect formation from that last position (last in) backwards to the first position (the first one in who will now be placed at the BOTTOM of the matrix!).
And then for the next FIVE DAYS as the monthly membership fees come due and are paid these earnings will be stamped seven levels upward going to the NEWEST PEOPLE who just came in!
The 3rd PULSE - This is to ensure nobody gets left behind.
Starting approximately 5 days later, sometime before midnight on Wednesday November 5th, we are going to rebuild the entire matrix again, this time it will be sorted in descending order based on how much a person has earned while a member of The Pulsating Matrix. In other words, the people who have earned the LEAST will be at the TOP of the matrix and it will build downward based on how LITTLE they have earned so far. It also means those people who have earned the MOST will now be placed at the BOTTOM of the matrix!
And then for the next FIVE DAYS as the monthly membership fees come due and are paid these earnings will be stamped seven levels upward going to the people who have earned the least! You would have to agree this goes way beyond what is normally considered to be fair!!
And approximately 5 days later before midnight we start all over again with The 1st PULSE... with the matrix being rebuilt as it originally did from top to bottom following lines of sponsorship.
Can you see the PULSE, the rhythm, the heartbeat created here, and the excitement it can create?!?!?! Nobody gets left behind in this design folks, we've created a compensation plan that levels the playing field and where people with no previous experience or capacity to build huge organizations can benefit in a real way... where it counts... in your monthly cash-flow.
We will continue this Pulsating Matrix rhythm each and every 5 days moving from the 1st Pulse to the 2nd Pulse to the 3rd Pulse and then back to the 1st Pulse... thereby creating a Heart-Beat, a LOUD PULSE, that will be felt around the world!
Pulsating Matrix Policies
In order to prevent people from simply creating free placeholder type positions in the matrix to just "wait and see what happens", and to keep the matrix as pure as possible, the following applies:
- There are no free positions in The Pulsating Matrix.
When a person joins the matrix they are expected to create a monthly payment subscription on the same day. If they don't upgrade their account to paid status then as payments are applied from people below then, the earnings will bypass them to the next qualified person (this is commonly known as compression). If and when this happens the member will be notified by email that earnings passed them by going upline to the next qualified matrix member.
New positions in the Pulsating Matrix will be given 7 days to upgrade their account or the position will be forfeit.
- In the event the monthly subscription payment cannot be made on the 2nd or 3rd or later payment when it comes due (their credit card is declined or there is insufficient funds in their payment processor account) they will be given 30 days to get their house in order and fund the account. If they do not then they forfeit the position and will lose their downline.

If a person currently in the UniLevel portion wishes to participate in The Pulsating Matrix please contact your sponsor to obtain their referral link. There is now a choice in how to build your personal Message Magic business. If you wish you can build it as a forced matrix. Some organizations find a forced matrix structure to have tremendous benefit and we are willing to accommodate your needs. Effective immediately, if someone you personally sponsor pays for the first time, and you personally have paid within the last 31 days, then you will earn a $10 bonus. If someone you personally sponsor pays for the first time, and you have not paid within the last 31 days, then the earnings remains the same as before... you will earn $2 and the rest gets spread amongst your 6 upline.

MessageMagic v1.3 Has Been Released
We are very pleased to announce that MessageMagic v1.3 is now released and available to all members... This release includes very important changes in our overall goal to become the defacto standard in building warm market contact lists through instant messaging.
In fact, this change represents such a drastic move it will open up a whole new target market for members--every person who uses Skype for instant messaging. How is that? Because we now have a free version available with a license that doesn't expire! Read On...
Licensing change: Previously when someone joins Message Magic, the person would get a 7 day free trial to test the software, and after the 7 days, which was generously extended numerous times for many people, the license would expire and the person would no longer be able to use the software.
With the release of v1.3 Message Magic members continue to get a 7 day trial to see what a full-blown version of the software and member area features include, but the software will be free to use for as long as you want... There is no expiry as such.
Here is the current difference between free and paying members, and also please note there are numerous significant enhancements on the drawing board and coming shortly, most especially for paying members:

Effective immediately the compensation plan has been improved in a BIG way for paying members. Rather than earning 2,2,2,1,1,1,1 paying members now earn $2 for all 7 levels! If you crunch some numbers you'll quickly realize this is a huge improvement for members.
People can still earn while staying a free member, of course, and they continue to earn $2 for levels 1-3 and $1 for levels 4-7. When the free member has earned enough to cover their monthly fee then they are automatically upgraded to paid status and the fee is deducted from earnings. This keeps the compensation plan flowing smoothly.So, here is what it looks like now if you sponsor just 5 people and they do the same throughout the 7 levels:

Significant Changes Are Imminent
One of the biggest sore spots for me since we rolled out is how dismal our marketing site looks. I have now started a project with an outside consultant & expert to make it cleaner and more professional looking!
One of the biggest changes of all is coming within 10-14 days, a change which will give you all a huge benefit when presenting or talking about MM to new people and old. There are SIGNIFICANT changes coming to how we handle the licensing. Stay tuned! :-)
Also coming this month (most likely) is a feature that will simply blow you away. Have you read the Advanced Users Guide on how to handle unique search patterns and large numbers of users? This whole new process coming is going to be so simple and easy to use you're just going to shake your head in amazement on how we can do so much so fast.... and make it so easy even a 9 year old could operate it... hang tight because more details will be available very soon (don't want our competitors to know everything we are doing).
One of the things we may have within the next 30-60 days is the ability to run on the Apple Macintosh. We are in active discussions with a company to take the code and port it to something that will work with the Apple O/S.
MessageMagic Update - 21 Aug
I am very pleased to announce we have now had our Merchant Account approved, which means we will be able to accept credit card payments. All that remains now is for us to integrate this ability on to the website, and we expect that to be set up, tested, and complete no later than the end of next week.
In order to help the newest people be more effective at using MessageMagic right from day one the Advanced Users Guide is now available for all users whether they are paying members or free trial members.

Mini Vacation
It is time for me to finally take a few days off. I will be gone to a small island with friends and family for the next 4 days and will be back on Monday evening. There is no internet, no TV, nothing like that... it is time for some walks along the beach and some idle chit-chat with no focus on business.
Because of this there will be no training session on Monday. If you feel the need for a catch-up session on Tuesday or Wednesday then send me an email at admin@messagemagic.net to let me know and I'll schedule something.
In addition, since I process all payments manually that means if a person pays their membership fee between Thursday, August 21st at 1pm PST and Monday, August 25th at 9pm PST their license expiry will not reflect the change until approximately 10pm on the 25th.

It is time to concentrate more on the company graphics and website. I've the graphics you've seen so far I have bought and paid for and made available to members.
Last night I crafted a logo for the company and placed it on the main page. It is a globe being embraced and clasped in a pair of hands. This is what it looks like:
If you are a graphics type and feel the urge you can submit logos, banners and/or page headers to me at admin@messagemagic.net I will collect all submissions, pick what I consider to be the best ones and will give a free month membership to each piece of work I select and make available to members.
As everyone knows our main marketing website is, well, to be generous it is ok, but definitely needs to be redone. If there are any website gurus in our midst then I'd like to hear from you. I'm open to suggestions for design and my only real requirement is it MUST be able to handle the rotator script I've crafted so paying members with the least number of referrals get signups given to them by me.

MessageMagic Update - 12 Aug
MessageMagic v1.12 Has Been Released
The latest version of MessageMagic is now available for general distribution to all members running Microsoft XP and most Vista users. All testing was successful and feedback very positive. Here is one of the selected comments from a Test Team member:
Grant, this morning I opened the new version, loaded one of my patterns and searched. It searched. Came up with over 1000, I added them all. I even closed the laptop twice to reopen it again an hour or so later and after taking a breath, the MM software started to continue sending the requests. It did so until all of them were sent. I did not get one error message. It looks very stable now.
The biggest noticeable difference between v1.12 and previous versions is sending a message and adding contacts has been slowed so the software doesn't overwhelm Microsoft .NET Framework or the Skype API. Users, please note: even though the Message Magic software may appear to have stopped functioning it has not. To properly monitor progress you can open your main Skype window, the window where you can see your contacts, and click on the History tab to watch it adding entries, one after the other.
You can download the installation guide by <right-clicking here> and then Save As... Please be sure to read this guide beforehand or as you are proceeding with the installation. Most importantly, read the top section where it talks about removing previous versions.

If your free trial has expired and you need an extension all you need to do is ask for one by filling in a support ticket.
The tech team believes v1.12 will also run much better on Vista users as long as it is installed correctly... again, it is important to read the installation guide.
The next version of the software, v1.13, which is currently being worked on, will ensure we are 100% Vista compatible. We do not view this as a huge issue so it shouldn't take very long. All members using the Vista Operating System will have their 7 day free trial reset (upon request) to begin the day the Vista compatible version is released.

MessageMagic Update - 27 July
The Skype Based Chat Room
As of 27 July 2008 I have removed all references to the Skype based chat room from the MM site. I've been watching the room closely for a while now and have come to the conclusion that the room is doing more harm than good to MM as a company and also to the various individuals and organizations using MM as a tool.
The primary reason for this is precisely why I wanted a broadcast feature in MM in the first place. As we all know, the Skype software will allow you to send a message to everyone on your contact list, or to people within a group if you have enabled the groups feature. The main problem with that is if you go ahead and send a message what Skype does is show everyone who else was sent the same message. In other words, to use the feature you must share all your contacts... While that may be good if you are all friends or in some sort of social group and want to chit-chat, that is not so good when you want to be protective of your contact list... which is the life blood of marketers.
The broadcast feature of MM, on the other hand, allows you to communicate instantly with your groups of contacts and does so without those contacts knowing who else received the same message content.
Secondly, people in that room are not necessarily members of MessageMagic (that is not a requirement to be in the room), and in addition the vast majority of those that are members are not paying members so they don't have much experience with the product, or even access to the Advanced material, to lend much support value.
To cement the issue, I have also been receiving grievances about some of the people in the room, and most disturbing of all were complaints directed against the actions and prospecting activities of one of the room hosts.
My advise is to simply not go there.
To augment what we currently have in place in the coming days and weeks there will be more written step-by-step instructions, including dialogue and screen shots, step-by-step videos hosted at www.youtube.com, and regular hot conference rooms sessions covering installation and basic usage of MM, and perhaps even some marketing related tips sessions.

There a number of issues I need to cover in this update so sit back, relax, and grab yourself your favorite beverage! Ok Here goes:
We Are Live!
Effective last night, the 15th of July, we are Live! Yipee! While it went fairly smooth it was not absolutely bullet-proof, and we are still working on some admin functions.
Name Change:
As you know, we released our pre-launch version (v1.08) of the software on the 6th of July. It took exactly 4 days for the Skype legal team to join with us as members, review the site content and software, and send me an email outlining their concerns. The biggest and most important point they stressed was related to our use of their trademarked name. Despite the fact that they do not have their trademark registered in Canada, where I live, I've decided it would be in the best interest of the company and it's members to simply change the name. So, effective immediately the domain is www.messagemagic.net and the software is called messagemagic.exe
The most painful thing about this, of course, is the fact that our referral links have changed. Before you start to worry about any advertising you've got underway, be assured that they still work, and we'll keep them working as long as we possibly can. It would be in your best interest though to switch to the new referral links as soon as you can (more on those in a bit).
The second biggest concern voiced by the Skype legal team was that they hoped the software would be used within their terms of use, and referred me to some material they have published on the topic. I have included links to that material in the help file distributed with the software. Please review it when you download and install the new version (v1.11).
MessageMagic v1.11
Message Magic v1.11 is now available through your backoffice for download. It is a slick little self-extracting file which will put the files it needs in a folder named c:\tmp and then run the setup program which will go through a series of steps to get you up and running.
One thing you'll notice is part way through the installation it will ask you to login. What it wants there is for you to enter your login credentials for your online MessageMagic account so please enter the email address and password you used to join with us. If you need to be reminded of your login details you can get them here:

Just enter the email address you joined with and we will send your welcome email again... which is a good idea anyway because with the name change you'll want to get your new referral links.

One improvement you will notice is that you no longer need to go hunting for that thing called a Mac Address. It's already incorporated in the software for you now so there is no need to get stressed out here, ok?
As a "thank you for your patience" while we rolled out through pre-launch to find the holes, we are now starting properly, and as a bonus, tomorrow, the 17th, we are adjusting everyone's ExpiryDate by 7 days. That's right, we are giving you a chance to have another first impression. ALL members get the extension, including all the folks who have already paid.
Help Desk:
The help desk software is still suffering some glitches, but we are working behind the scenes to fix those issues. Most importantly, it seems to not always send the user an email when we respond to a ticket. If you have submitted a ticket, you may want to check back now and then over the next few days while we sort it out.
Clear Chat History Option:
When you load the software there is a link at the top called Skype. If you click on it you get 2 options: Clear Chat History and Clear Call History. If you click on Clear Chat History, guess what it does... yup, it will clear your Skype Chat History, ALL of it, so be careful. Once you've done it then that is not the time to wonder if you should. If you do that and want your history back your only choice is to get it from your last backup. You do have a backup don't you?
Payout Levels:
In order to make the Message Magic affiliate program more attractive to you we have changed from 4 levels (paying $4,3,2,1) all the way to 7 levels (paying $2,2,2,1,1,1,1). With the examples I've seen this should get you REALLY excited! The example we had on the site about referring 5 who referred 5 etc. down 4 levels would give you a total of $970 monthly. With the new plan you would earn an astounding $97,810 monthly. Does THAT have your attention? Almost a hundred grand monthly?!?!? So when you see the site change the payout per level, don't stress about it, you'll end up making FAR MORE with the new plan! All I can really say is Think Long Term.
Payment Options:
I mentioned it took 4 days for the Skype legal team to contact me, right? Well it took PayPal 5 days. The cheeky and arrogant bums closed my account and locked up my funds for 6 months. Obviously PayPal is out of the question as a legitimate Payment Process for us... did you know eBay, PayPal and Skype all have the same owners?
In any event, as you'll see on the payments page we now accept payments through eBullion, SolidTrustPay, AlertPay and International GlobalXchange. If the demand is there we will also consider other companies.
We are fairly certain International GlobalXchange will be used for payouts but that is not yet cast in concrete. There are a couple more i's to dot and t's to cross before that's a done deal.
Public Chatter:
Several blogs, forum threads, youtube.com video presentations, Skype chat rooms, and even a facebook group have been pointed out to me since we launched on the 6th. While I'd love the luxury of enough time to go read every word on every one of them, and even make contributing posts and participate in conference calls to talk about the tool we've provided, I simply don't. This week has been a whirlwind of activity and very long hours spent on the critical path. I will, however, as the workload decreases, be participating more in all of these venues.
Netiquette:
This is directly related to using the Message Magic tool in the most effective way possible. Yes, if you want to you can simply search for key words and phrases, find a lot of new people, and blast an offer at them. If you do that then chances are you will NOT experience very good results.
In my personal experience it is FAR MORE effective to craft a soft, and enticing, introduction message and invite the person(s) to be your contact (via Add Contacts). I'll be going over that in a lot more detail in the scripts I provide to paying members (shortly).
You would probably also benefit a LOT by getting to know the how to's and tactics of Julie Wolf of Skype fame... just do a google search for Julie Wolf Skype and see what you come up with. I am absolutely delighted Julie has joined our ranks, formed the Message Magic Support Skype Chat room, and honored to have her as part of my inner circle of close contacts for Message Magic and it's members. As with any organization at the end of the day the people you have on board as advisors, directors, sounding boards and the many people who help behind the scenes, can make or break a company. We are constantly taking steps to ensure this is NOT simply a "one-man band". On the contrary, included on this "inner circle" are a diverse set of really interesting and talented people... and in the coming weeks we will be crafting an area for the world to see the profile of these people.

MessageMagic Update - 11 July
The speedy rollout has pointed out an area we need to improve... what we have found seriously lacking is the lack of a clean installation process for the software. As it stands we are asking users to deal with technical issues that should, in fact, be transparent. Due to the overwhelming support issues directly related to installation, and the anxiety we are causing our new members, we have stopped the distribution of the software until launch date. All new members will receive an extension to their trial period so they do, in fact, have 7 days to try it out once we permit downloads again.

The rollout continues smoothly. If you notice any issues please let me know via the helpdesk but so far so good.
Please be advised that PayPal will NOT be our preferred payment gateway. As of today PayPal is the only one set up but by launch day we will have several alternatives. We are reasonably certain GlobalXchange will be our primary payment processor when it comes time for payouts. As with the other issues we are finalizing thank you for your patience.
Another key element we are adding is for the MessageMagic software to update the Mac Address on your profile. The reason for this is due to the large volume of people not familiar with the inner workings of a PC and how to obtain (and enter) the correct Mac Address on their profile. This should be ready shortly and will be available as a new download.
Another little feature is coming which will clear the contents of the search window.

MessageMagic Update - 1 July
Just a quick note to say we must delay the scheduled 1 July launch. It has been set to the 15th but we'll most likely go live much sooner than that. While this is certainly not great news the most important thing is all aspects of both the MessageMagic software and affiliate site are functioning properly. We are nearly there, as you'll see by looking around both the in and out-side of the site, and also by playing around with the software, but nearly there is not the same thing as being there.
In case you haven't noticed the site has been undergoing significant changes. Just go to the main site (http://www.MessageMagic.net) to look around and you'll see what I mean. Take a good close look at the features page... If you or a friend are a website design (and appearance) expert and want to trade services for a free membership let me know.
The affiliate backend should be ready within about 24 hours or so and then the developer, testers and I will be putting it through some rigorous testing. Again, I ask that you do not refer new people yet, nor should you pay for your membership. I'll let you know when the light is GREEN.
You'll be delighted to know the main MessageMagic software is very near completion... just one more great feature to complete... the ability to load and send messages to your specific Skype Contact Groups. As a side note, one of the reports I had indicated a person added 890 new authentic contacts in a single day... I can't even begin to tell you how HUGE this is.
We have also added the feature where when a new affiliate registers they will have 7 days to download and test the software before they are required to pay for their membership. Why only 7 days? Because as I said earlier, during testing we were able to add as many as 890 new authentic contacts in a single day... 7 days is plenty of time for someone to get involved and see the value of what they are getting for only 15 bucks a month!
To start off though we are giving everyone a free pass until the launch date. In other words, as long as we are still in prelaunch the software is free to use. For those of you who have already paid your Expiry Date is being pushed out in the same way... your first Expiry Date is being set to one month after the launch date.
We also have a FAQ section. Please read it. If you think there is something unclear or missing please let us know so it can be fixed.
We also have a Ticket System for you to use when all else fails. As we grow I may need to add people to manage this area but since the software is so simple to use that may not happen... we'll see..
