The Pulsating Matrix Structure
The 1st PULSE - The traditional build of a
3x7 Forced Matrix.

The best way to think of the Message Magic Pulsating Matrix
is to first consider it to be a 3x7 Forced Matrix. It builds in the traditional way everyone is familiar with, meaning 3 people on level 1, 9 people on level 2, 27 people on level 3 and so on...
To maximize the benefits of this pulse an organization needs to concentrate
on building on TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) success.

As new members come in during this
pulse and pay their $15 fee, and
as the monthly membership fees come due and are paid, earnings related to
these payments ($2 per person per level) get stamped seven levels upward.
The
1st Pulse lasts for 3 days and then we move to
the next pulse.
The 2nd PULSE - This is to give leaders
residual rewards.
The Leaders Pool
To qualify to earn in this pool all you need to have is 3 or more personally referred accounts that are active, meaning they are up to date on their payments. And of all the businesses you run across this is probably one of the easiest to get referrals in so qualifying should be no problem for anyone who tries.
What we do is this: we will go through all the accounts in the matrix, see who has 3 or more active referrals and add them up for each person. Each active referral counts as 1 share in the pool.
Then as recurring payments come in throughout the
3 day period 14 of every 15 dollars coming in will be allocated to the leaders pool.
Then at the end of this 3 day period when we switch to the next pulse we will know the total value of the pool. The total value divided by the total shares gives us a value per share. Each qualifying member will then be paid their portion of the pool according to how many shares they have, and the overall stats will be posted on the
leadership pool page.
This Pulse lasts for 3 days and then we move to the
next Pulse.

The Randomized Matrix
When
we shift to this Pulse what we do is this: We will find all unexpired accounts that have made a minimum of 2
payments, randomize them, and place them in the new company wide 3 x Infinity
matrix.
We will then randomize all remaining accounts and place them one after the
other under the accounts of the previous step.
This structure makes people want to stay with the
company because once every 9 days they have a chance to be part of the top of
a company-wide 3 x Infinity matrix for the day, i.e. if people really "get
it" then there is lower attrition.
This Pulse lasts for 3 days and then we
start over at the 1st
Pulse.
The Payout
Message Magic Software pays it's members
$2 per person per level throughout the matrix. Keeping in mind the monthly
license fee for using the software is only $15, this represents an industry
leading, and astounding, 93.3%
payout!
In recognition of the excitement that
being paid has for people, at the end of each complete cycle of 3 pulses we
close all open invoices having a value of $15 or more in accumulated earnings
and then pay the invoices that were closed 9 days previous. That's right, payday is every
9 days!

The Owner
On November 10th, 2008 the owner and creator of Message Magic Software and The
Pulsating Matrix, Grant Andrews, was interviewed (in English) on a phone in
radio show. This was the first version of the Pulsating Matrix as envisioned
at the time (since enhanced to be even more balanced, fair and exciting). Here is that
interview (although the pulsating matrix has been somewhat modified since
then):
In order to prevent people from simply creating free placeholder type positions in the matrix to just "wait and see what happens", and to keep the matrix as pure as possible, the following applies:
There are no sponsoring
requirements to earn commissions in The Pulsating Matrix. All it takes
to earn commissions is for the account holder to have a current, fully
paid license.
When it comes time to be paid, all it
takes is an account in good standing, i.e. the account can not have
expired on the date commissions are paid.
There are no free positions in The Pulsating Matrix.
When a person joins The Pulsating
Matrix they are expected to pay their monthly software license fee on the same day. If they don't
pay their license fee then as payments are applied from people below them
in the matrix, the earnings will bypass them to the next qualified person (this is commonly known as
compression, but we prefer to call it inheritance since what really
happens is the upline inherits the whole matrix of the expired account). If and when this happens the member will be notified by email that earnings passed them by going upline to the next qualified member.
New positions in the Pulsating Matrix will be given 7 days to
upgrade their account or the position will be forfeit.
In the event the monthly subscription payment cannot be made on the 2nd or 3rd or later payment when it comes due
(their credit card is declined or there is insufficient funds in their
payment processor account) they will be given 30 days to get their house in order and fund the account. If they do not then they forfeit the position and will lose their
downline and earnings.
