It is very important that each of you realize the importance of getting people to the live webinars. Both the Presentations and the Training Webinars are essential for rapid growth. It is the easiest thing to create duplication and therefore multiplication. Even if you believe you no longer need them, your new people do. They will do what you do, so we highly recommend you attend and promote the webinars.

We would also like to become multilingual. At this time we are looking for people who have the ability to translate pages into French, Spanish and German to be ready for, or even get ahead of the curve as Message Magic gets their translations up on their site.
 
We are also interested in other languages and will accept all the help we can get! We are looking for volunteers who realize it will be of great benefit to themselves and their teams. Naturally, the more translations we can have available, the more it will benefit every member.

Dear Grant,

This newsletter is designed for all Message Magic members who want to keep informed regarding the Message Magic Software and the Organization.  The newsletter will be broadcast once a month (it may be changed to twice a month if needed) and is intended to instruct each member in the use of the software and how to build their Message Magic business along with their primary business.
The newsletter is permission-based.  The initial newsletter is being sent to every member whose email is available. When you receive your first newsletter, you will need to opt in to continue receiving it.  Each newsletter will contain a place where you can opt out at any time.
Any information that needs to get out quickly in between newsletters will be sent via Message Magic through Skype.  It is therefore imperative to add Johnny to your Skype contacts (novawestsolutions) and he will add your Skype username to his "Message Magic quick message group". If you or any of your members do not have Skype, you should download it right away.  It is impossible to use Message Magic without Skype as it is a plug in for Skype.
 
Your information will not be given or sold to anyone.

Message Magic Training Workshop
with Mike Walczak


Mike has very kindly offered to do a one hour Message Magic workshop after each of the 6PM Pacific Time (9PM Eastern Time)(11AM Sydney) Presentations and Generic Training Webinars. The Presentations are scheduled to last a maximum of 45 minutes, which includes Q&A, however, it is quite possible that the questions asked may be related to the use of Message Magic. This means if you join the webinar early, you will not miss any great information that is shared with the participants.

Basic Training Includes - Downloading Skype and Message Magic and synchronizing the two programs; loading pre-made patterns; saving Skype username search results; creating patterns; troubleshooting Skype and Message Magic; loading contacts; sending messages.

Advanced Training Includes - Advanced Excel; Downloading and use of ASAP Utilities for Excel.

Receive a "pattern" of 500 names - When you attend the training workshop ask Mike and he will Skype you a list of 500 Patterns to search. Message Magic can turn a list of 500 names into a list of thousands up to many tens of thousands of Skype usernames!
 
Headsets
 
To avoid annoying feedback on Webinars and on Skype, it is very important that you use a headset. Headsets also virtually eliminate any background sounds. Headsets are inexpensive and can be found at stores selling computer accessories.

Quick Response Emails

We are sure you all constantly receive emails from people prospecting you for their program. What do you do with those emails? Bin them? We have written a response for these emails that you will find in a Word doc under the "Samples" link in the Resource Center in your member area. We suggest you hit the "Reply" button on any prospecting emails you receive, copy the text in the doc and paste it into THEIR email. Seeing as they sent an email to you, they must be looking for new contacts... Right?
 
Why Upgrade?
 
Upgrading Message Magic for just US$14.95,mthly or $95 annually (50% savings) will give your software more speed, better performance, many more options and better results. Upgrading to the "Paid" version will also give you access to much more pay. Would you like the people in YOUR downline to be "Paid" or "F-r-e-e"? Do not ask or expect people to do anything that you are not willing to do first.
Banners & Artwork
 
Are you good at designing banners and/or artwork? Do you have any ideas for banners and/or artwork? Message Magic is looking to build a portfolio of banners and artwork to be used by everyone. If you are capable and willing to contribute in this area, please contact Johnny via Skype at "novawestsolutions".
 

3-Way Calling

Anyone wanting to build a successful business should be using 3-way calling, whether on the phone or Skype. It helps you build your business, helps your prospect get their questions answered and introduces them to the concept of 3-way calling, showing them they are not on their own, that help is at hand.

Where are the tools?
 
The "Resource Center" in your back office on the Message Magic website is probably the most important place you can spend your time in order to get the most effective results from the Message Magic software and for building your organization in Message Magic and/or your primary business.
 
This is where you will find all of the live and recorded presentations, many samples, training videos, the registration to all of the live webinars and trainings and much more.
 
 
Support Tickets
 

It is very important that you use Support Tickets when you have a question. However, please remember that the answers to most questions can be found in the FAQ section or the Resource Center.
 
For Support Tickets, login to your back office find the link on the homepage under "Our Links".  When you click the link, you will see "Submit a Support Ticket".  Fill out the entire form and submit it.
 
Live Presentations & Trainings
 
The "Presentations and Training Webinars" page is where you will find the registration links for all Introductory Presentations and Training Webinars.  When you go to the link to register for any particular webinar or presentation, you will be registered for that particular webinar or presentation through December 2009.  That does not mean you have to attend each one but that you have a link to do so should you desire to attend.
 
It is very important that you utilize either the live or the recorded presentations and training webinars.  It is especially important to take your new people to these presentations as it takes the pressure off you and lends credibility to what you've been telling them.  Let them know, they are in something much bigger than just two or three people.
 
 
Testimonials Needed 
 
Many of you have told us of the fantastic results you are having when searching for Skype usernames and when you send out "Add Contact" requests. Others have told us about great results getting people into Message Magic and their primary program as a result of these contacts.
 
Please take a minute or two and type up a short testimonial of what is happening for you as a result of using Message Magic and how you feel about it. Then Skype that testimonial to Johnny at "novawestsolutions" for use in any way that Message Magic sees fit to promote the software.
