How do I use the affiliate link tracker?

It is always a good idea to track the results you are getting by any advertising source you use. Here is an example of how to use the system when you advertise using google adwords, but you can use any description you want.

Assume your id = 1

Using the example above the end of your referral link would change to be this:

id=1_1_Google_Adwords

There are 3 parts to the above. It goes like this:

<affiliate_id>_<prodgroup>_<identifiers>

<affiliate_id> is your Message Magic affiliate number that was issued to you when you joined our organization.

<prodgroup> is always 1 right now but if we add a 2nd product then we'd have 2 as an option, etc.

<identifiers> is your description of where you are advertising. Please do NOT use any spaces in your description.

To view what kind of results you are getting just click on the Reports link or View Monthly Reports link in your backoffice.
