When and How Do I Get Paid?

Every Sunday night at midnight central time we close all open invoices having a value of $20 or more and paid 7 days later on Monday.

Notes:

If you paid us by AlertPay you will be paid to AlertPay.

If you paid us by SolidTrustPay you will be paid to SolidTrustPay.

If you paid us by any other means then you can set on your profile how you want to be paid... to AlertPay or SolidTrustPay.

If you do not set how you are to be paid then we will pay you to AlertPay using the email of your account.

If you select to be paid to SolidTrustPay there is a 6.9 percent fee deducted from the payment coming to you to cover the fees we have in getting money in to SolidTrustPay.

There are no fees deducted if you are paid to AlertPay.

If you use AlertPay there are 2 settings you should ensure are set correctly on your AlertPay profile. First, log in to AlertPay, click on Profile, Financial, Payment Preferences. Once you are on that page ensure where it says "For my subscription/recurring payments to merchants?" ensure it is set to credit card. Then scroll down and where is says "Would you like to accept payments from members located outside YOUR COUNTRY?" be sure that also is set to YES or payments I send to you will not go through.
